What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) is a similar browser space, but it is not a cookie.
talotech.xyz uses one technical cookie to remember your language, one necessary local-storage item to remember your decision, and Google analytics cookies only if you accept them.

What data Google Analytics processes and for how long
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects browsing data: pages visited, traffic source, device type and browser, language, and approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use this data to identify you or for advertising. User- and event-level data is kept in Google Analytics for 2 months. Google acts as a processor on behalf of Eryon LLC under its Google Analytics data processing terms.
Legal basis
talo_consent is necessary technical storage so the site can remember whether you accept or reject analytics, and NEXT_LOCALE is a necessary technical cookie that remembers the language you chose. Spain's Law 34/2002 (LSSI), article 22.2, allows this storage and the NEXT_LOCALE cookie without consent.
The _ga and _ga_KTKCBS6VTF cookies are set only if you consent. The basis is article 6.1.a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and article 22.2 LSSI. If you reject, they are not loaded.
International transfers
If you accept analytics, the provider is Google Analytics 4. Google Ireland Ltd provides the service in the European Economic Area. Google LLC, in the United States, may receive that data.
Google states that Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The official list is at https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list. Google's privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
How to withdraw consent
On any page, open “Cookie preferences” in the footer and press Reject, or switch Analytics off and press Save. The site sets analytics to denied and deletes _ga and _ga_* cookies on talotech.xyz and .talotech.xyz.
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete talo_consent, the notice is shown again.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to martinb@talotech.xyz. You can withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie preferences”, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at https://www.aepd.es.
